Well, I guess I've been doing too much flat color lately . . . I had to get all bright and shiny on this piece. ;) It does fit the characters involved.

The redhead on the left is my friend Sae's Sutter, and on the right is of course my Luce. I thought they might get on . . . neither is mortal, and both are pretty happy-go-lucky (and lightening influences on respective mortal counterparts).

Luce: Look! It's Pippi!
Sutter: I'm not the one in the striped stockings! :p

For :iconcozyair:, because she is deeply awesome. I had a brilliant time tramping all around Portland with you, luv.

Oh, cool.

The lines and coloring on Sutter's shirt are very nice, especially her bellybutton peeking through...
I really like this too

Thanks. Heh! And that was totally an accident, but hey, it works. :p

I like the colouring. It's all... well, shiny. But not in excess.
I also like how you give all your pictures artful borders.

Thanks! That's because I feel all guilty about never drawing proper backgrounds. ;)

Whoa, same here! I usually fudge it on the background anyways.

Gah! Forgot to fave this!

Heresy! Especially as this is a particular favorite of mine out of your recent stuff, the shading is so soft and textural (and you know I love your woodcutty stuff, but this is a nice change) and the bodies and the faces and the concept and...

Babbly today. Sorry.

Aw, no, I enjoy babble. ^^

Also, I'm really glad you like this one, because I have tended to feel a little waffle-y about it, now and again. I'm just not used to using such bright, shiny colors anymore. :p
